ATTENTION RENTERS: IF YOU NEED TO REGISTER YOUR VEHICLES AND OBTAIN THE REQUIRED PARKING DECALS, OR IF YOU HAVE A MAINTENANCE ISSUE THAT IS NON-EMERGENCY, PLEASE CONTACT THE OWNER OR MANAGER OF YOUR UNIT. IT IS THE OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO COORDINATE THESE ISSUES WITH ASSOCIATED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.

Per Arizona law (ARS 33-1242 and ARS 33-1803), no violation notice can be sent based on an anonymous report. If you wish HOA management to consider sending a violation notice based on your complaint, the following information must be provided. Please note that your first and last name would appear on the violation notice, and your signature indicates that you are aware of this.
